Change user information, such as email address

Via our website, you can change your user information.

• Sign in to our website: https://www.arkivdigital.net/
• In the menu, select My Page (the menu can be found by clicking on the three horizontal lines to the right of the Sign Out button).
• In the box with your registered user information, delete the information to be changed and then enter the new informationen.
• Save

You can also contact customer service for help with changing any of your information.
