Forgotten your password

If you have forgotten your password, you can order a new one by clicking on the Forgot your password button under the login box for ArkivDigital.

• Fill in your email address. It is important that this is the e-mail address to which you registered your subscription.
• Click Reset Password.
• A link will then be sent to your e-mail address where you reset your password.

Edit your password

• Log in to our website: https://www.arkivdigital.net/
  
• In the menu, select My Page (the menu can be found by clicking on the three horizontal lines to the right of the Sign Out button).
• Click Edit Password at the bottom of the box with your registered user information.
• Enter the new password twice.
  The password must contain at least eight characters and at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
• Save.

You can also contact our customer service to get a new password. Customer service can not see which password you have, only create a new password.
