It is possible to search in the indexes that ArkivDigital have directely from the Family tree.
It is most common to have the Family view open when working with the Family tree.

Choose a Focus person

Open the Person profile view (se below) for the person to be able to add events, search in registers etc.

Click on the three dots at the top left and choose Search in register.

Choose which register to search in. In this example, Population in Sweden 1950 is chosen.

The index search opens (behind the family tree) and the numbers of matches appear.
You might have to decrease/minimize the tree so see the matches. -
Choose to open the correct match from the index search.

Open the Family tree again.

Click on Add event.

Choose Residence.

Type information regarding the year(s) the person lived on the specific place.

Type description
-
Click on Import source from register post. The source, content, AID number and the date of the transciption is added automatically.
Add information about Place, Parish/Congreation and Country. -
Click on Save.

The event Residence in 1950 is created.
