If you do not have an e-mail address, please contact customer support for help creating an account.

If you forgot your password, you can request a new on our website:
A link will then be sent to your e-mail address where you can choose a new password
You can also contact customer support for a new password. The customer support can not see your password, but can change it to a new one.
Change your address or e-mail address
You can change your contact information on our website:
- Go to our website https://arkivdigital.net
- Click on Account/REGISTER
- Enter your e-mail address and password in the box for Returning customer
- Scroll down and click on Change user settings
- Enter your new address and/or e-mail address
- Click Save
Note If you have previously selected Save Password or Autologin when logging in to Arkiv Digital, you will receive an error message when you start the program. Remove the dots in the password box and type the new password and after that you choose Log in.
