User data (Username and password)

The username is always an e-mail address. 

If you do not have an e-mail address, please contact customer support for help creating an account. 

Forgot your password?

If you forgot your password, you can request a new on our website:

You can also contact customer support for a new password. The customer support can not see your password, but can change it to a new one.

Change password

To change your own password:

  • Go to our website
  • Click on Account/REGISTER
  • Click on Forgotten your password? Click here in the box for Returning customer
  • Type your e-mail address and press Send
  • A link is sent to your e-mail address and through that link you can choose a new password


Note If you have previously selected Save Password or Autologin when logging in to Arkiv Digital, you will receive an error message when you start the program. Remove the dots in the password box and type the new password and after that you choose Log in.


Change your address or e-mail address 

You can change your contact information on our website:

  • Go to our website
  • Click on Account/REGISTER
  • Enter your e-mail address and password in the box for Returning customer
  • Scroll down and Click on Change user settings
  • Enter your new address and/or e-mail address
  • Click Save
